As educationists, it is our responsibility to prepare the framework of value-based, quality education while designing the curriculum for school education. Education does not drown our students away in the flood of information, but by assimilating it, they can develop their personality all-round and can prove to be a better resource while discharging their duties towards society and nation. Keeping these points in mind, India has changed its education policy after almost three decades. Like any other policy, the success of the New Education Policy 2020 will also depend on its implementation. That is why keeping in mind the objectives of the new education policy, we have started some new initiatives in our school which include – Pragyan, Lakshya, Ehsaas, APS, Under the Sky, and Lessons of Equality, etc. The purpose of all these programs is to provide the students ‘Education of life’ beyond bookish knowledge. Today we need a radical change in the field of education. The more the change is accompanied by multilateral cooperation, the more eternal and effective it will be.
