Just had my first bjj session. The instructors are great, I was not looking forward to it as I'm anti social. Came away wanting more.

Amazing instructors, nothing is too much for them to help you no matter what level you are. They have created a really friendly family atmosphere where everyone is welcome! Can’t recommend enough!!
