  • I have been training with Decford for 11 years and one of the best things is no two days are the same. He is great at motivating when enthusiasm for exercise is flagging, listening to you and designing great programmes to meet goals whether that be improving cardio or flexibility or strength, recovery from injury, weight loss. Could not recommend Decford more highly

  • Have been training with Decford for 8 years and have met a number of fitness and weight-loss goals over that time. Decford is great at adapting the programme to either push my fitness further or avoid injury, and recently helped accelerate my recovery from surgery through targeted workouts. Sessions are challenging and fun & never feel like "work". Couldn't recommend more highly.

  • Decford is a great PT and amazing person to workout with. I really appreciate that he adapts his approach to his customers and even more that he's a great person to talk to. I've done many sessions in the gym and from home (thanks to the lockdowns) and he's kept me motivated and fit. There's good variety of exercises and he'll know when to push harder (and when not to). Whether you're after your PB, training for a marathon or just want to stay fit, I would recommend choosing him.

  • Decford is very professional and knowledgeable in fitness. My aim was to put on lean muscle mass and trained with Decford for a period of 6months. The results were amazing! I went from 11.5 stone to 12.3 stone and put on muscle mass and shredded fat. I was delighted with the outcome. Throughout the process Decford was very easy to get along with and was available to answer any questions I had. To date I still regularly speak to Decford and he is always happy to support whenever required.

  • What do you want from your personal trainer? Results! And that’s what you get from Decford. We have been training for a couple of months and I can see the changes in my body already. And it’s not just about what we do in the gym. Decford is an expert nutritionist too and well-being advisor. He is super professional and organised, as well as responsive, and I completely trust him. Highly recommended!
