Very happy customer here. I got a great deal on a Giant Propel ('22 model) - best part of £1k off the rrp on the giant site. The communication, dispatch, and personal instructions for the build were all perfect. The bike itself is amazing, only thing I would have asked for is the option to have stem slammed (as you can see, its a tad on huuuuuge side), but that leaves me with a project to work on, so all good. Will buy from De Ver again, when I get my next Giant TCR

Purchased a Giant Propel Advanced Pro 1 at an amazing price. Collected 7th Jan from store as I'm local enough, from the moment I entered the service was great. The three people I dealt with including the mechanic and the young guy (sorry I didn't grab any names) were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful setting the bike up and the whole experience was great.
