Ddaps Dartford Lakes

Had a great walk around the Lakes while taking a few photographs

Absolutely love it here , it has a bit of everything so whole family can enjoy play and water parc for kids ,fenced off skateboarding track, athletics court , museum , gardens , beautiful pavillion cafe and the fishing lakes running just in front of river Darent ...can follow this beyond the lakes through short walk thruogh timber yard (i think) that lays beyhind the lakes ...for a little bit of calm and serenity it also has the remains of old water mill .whole park is kept extremely clean ...

Great venue with some big carp which any angler would love to catch. Can get busy especially at weekends. Bailiffs are friendly and very helpful. Baldwin's is the "easier" of two lakes with average size of mid doubles with some 20s. Main lake has some monsters and is the specimen lake.

Lovely walk, plenty of people fishing, lots of wildlife and right next to Homebase. Parking available

Beautiful place... Walked all covid season... Lively fresh air ,can sit for hours watching the birds, less or no crowd at all... Definitely safe and most importantly kids enjoyed a lot.... Very good location for photos too!!
