  • Dan is a excellent PT I've worked with Dan for a while now having both training sessions and massages. My fitness levels and strength are up my bodyweight is down. He always manages to give me a great workout despite me having back and knees problems without causing me any pain during the session. My back pain has improved and overall I feel much healthier.   • I have been training with Dan for 2 years. I started due to serious issues with my back . Dan has helped me with specific exercises to strengthen my back and my core and as a result, I haven’t had any chronic back pain since. Dan doesn’t shout at me like I’m a new recruit in the army....which I appreciate. He is also pretty up to date with Love Island gossip which makes the hour long sessions go quicker as I am not a natural exerciser 😀 I highly recommend Dan as a personal trainer.

  • I have trained with Dan for a couple of years and have found him to be an excellent personal trainer. He is committed, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and makes the sessions challenging and fun. He is also reliable and flexible and always tries to fit sessions in around my work commitments. In addition he is a thoroughly nice guy with a great sense of humour.
