  • I started training with Day in a bid to improve my overall fitness and strength, but what I have achieved was much more than this. I was able to perform excercises I never imagined I could do. Day motivated me to train for different challenges (Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours, Reading Half-marathon etc.) and his expert knowledge, positivity and encouragement drove me forward and helped me to prepare.   • It was my great pleasure to train with Day over a two year period. Day brings a wealth of experience and helped me focus on my goals - to build strength and lose weight. Day was flexible to my job and was often able to juggle slots to fit me in when my schedule changed which was really helpful.   • Day has been my PT now for 4 years. I’ve trained with a few different ones but I have to say that I was most impressed with him. His knowledge is second to none and more importantly, he cares compassionately for his clients and pushes them to succeed in their goals. He helped prepare me for the 3 peaks challenge and now is assisting me for my next goal. You will get results from his direction & program, I seriously cannot recommend him enough!
