  • I am currently taking PT lessons with Dawn,she is a fantastic PT who gets results. I receive nutrition advice and a training plan,plus plenty of motivation, as a result I feel fitter and healthier couldn't recommend Dawn enough, I always look forward to my PT lessons. The Shred Shed is a fantastic place for your personal training. 👍💪X

  • I completed an online course with Dawn. It included fitness plans you could compete at home or in the gym as well as recipes and shopping lists for food. The support and advice Dawn every day changed my perception of what I thought I should be eating and doing. I achieved fantastic results over the duration of the course and have continued to apply the principles she taught me. I can't recommend her highly enough.
