  • Dawn is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person. Her directions are clear and precise. She’s very observant, checking your poses and making sure you are doing them correctly.   • Been attending Dawn's classes both yoga and pilates for several months now. As with many others in the group I have multiple ailments and injuries etc. Dawn makes you feel confident, that its OK if you can't do everything, to go at your own pace.   • I really enjoy and gain from my yoga sessions with Dawn. They are well thought out and her guidance has enough detail to ensure I get the position right.   • Started yoga a few years ago with Dawn & really enjoyed it - then got into Kettlercise through Dawn & loved it! I now do regular pilates classes with Dawn & am loving that too!   • I find 'Posture Works' work for for me. When I first started weekly sessions I could not support my body doing a plank move, my wrists were sore and not strong enough, also my knees hurt and I could not kneel on the floor. Now, No problem! Each body move is well explained In a relaxed atmosphere. No one feels they have to compete, it is all done at our own pace. My body thanks me for going to class, I know when I have missed a session, I feel stiff and uncomfortable. I 100% recomend Posture...
