  • I started training with Dario at the start of the year (2022) and quickly saw a change in my body and mind set when it came to the gym. Dario tailored my sessions to suit my target areas and gave me a programme via his app (again personalised) which I used on days I wasn’t training with him as well as a food plan to keep me on track! Dario motivated me during every session and would often come and check on me during my sessions I wasn’t training with him! I cannot recommend Dario enough!
