  • What a wonderful remote training experience from Danny! The service from the start has been great, beginning with the first consultation discussing my training goals, what I liked and training limitations/injuries. We started with a PT session where he checked my movement on various exercises and then tweaked my form. On a weekly basis, i got a new workout program to follow at home.   • Danny is an excellent personal trainer. In 3 weeks following his guidance I have seen huge results. He makes training enjoyable by pushing hard and encouraging me to do better. He's always on time and uses every part of the hour session to maximise performance. I feel he takes a great interest in me and wants the best for me. I recommend him as the perfect personal trainer if you want results.

He is the most kind and compassionate PT I have ever met but he will also push you to your limits in order to maximise the results and outcomes that you want.   • Danny was recommended to me by a friend and I am so grateful to her. I have been doing his group training sessions and 1:1 boxing and they are both fantastic - hard work but so rewarding. Many people have been going to his classes for years but I was made to feel so welcome in what I expected to be an intimidating environment.
