  • I have been training with Dan for 9 months now and I enjoy every session. I do both boxing and circuit training and love them equally. What has been amazing for me is the development of my core strength, I was plagued with lower back niggles for years, if I'm honest since being pregnant 15 years ago!   • In the past whenever I've joined a gym, I've lasted at the most about 6 months before things taper off. This is very different. I've been training 3 times a week with Dan for over 9 months and I feel like I'm only just getting started. I'm 45, fitter than I've ever been and can't wait to carry on the good work in 2019.   • Have been training with Dan for several years and he just understood me from the word go. He got me in the right way of thinking about food and fitness.   • A great motivator that balances individual's objectives, needs and skill levels but makes you work like you've never worked before. If you've ever tried Insanity and thought that made you sweat - Dan makes that look like a walk in the park, assuming that's what you want!
