  • I have been having training sessions with Dan for the last couple of months and am really enjoying them. The session's are fun and challenging and my fitness level has really improved. Dan is a great PT and would definitely recommend him.

  • I’ve been working out with Dan for about 18 months now and I absolutely love it. I’ve had personal trainers in the past and Dan is by far the very best. He works incredibly hard to understand what your goals are and what you want to achieve and then creates brilliant bespoke work-out programs. These programs are very varied, challenging and fun!   • Dan has been coaching me for 18 months. He is a great coach and motivator. He keeps the sessions varied and the chit chat flowing. He has a good read on how hard he can push me and when to move on, and watches carefully and corrects my movements - even when we’re doing our sessions via Zoom. I look better and feel fitter than ever. I never thought I would say this about exercise but I actually look forward to our sessions! Highly recommended!
