  • Over the last five months I've had regular PT sessions with Dan and have seen huge improvements in my flexibility, strength, posture, and have lost a significant amount of weight too! Always friendly and ready to listen to my needs, the plans he's given me have made more sense than anything I've followed previously and I'm really seeing the benefits! Highly recommended!
