  • I've been training with Dan for over a year now and highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and friendly environment to improve themselves. My mental and physical health significantly improved in a short space of time and I've been more consistent with my fitness than I have ever been in the past. I've been able to challenge myself under the safe and knowledgeable guidance from Dan.

He sat down with me and did a detailed assessment of my lifestyle and training requirements. He did a thorough training plan for me to follow which he updates as we go along.
