Cuckmere Training, staff are highly qualified with vast industry experience. All have worked or are working within the Childcare, Health and Social Care and Educational sectors. All staff maintain industry experience and are committed to continually developing their professional skills and abilities. ​ Cuckmere Training’s ethos is United in Care and Learning. They ensure learners are guided and fully supported through their training. ​ The training team is passionate about encouraging learners to succeed, improve, develop, and enhance their skills and knowledge within the sector in which they work. Every learner is respected and supported as an individual. Learners can benefit from one to one and group training. Themed training sessions with facilitated workshops supported by motivated and qualified assessors. Learners have their own e-portfolio, giving them access 24/7. Learners have access to a range of resources and tailored workbooks which support, units within the qualifications. Cuckmere Training is approved and accredited by NCFE-CACHE to offer a range of Nationally recognised qualifications within the Residential Child and Adult Care sectors. Cuckmere Training is regularly audited by the Awarding Organisation, who ensure they are providing high-quality training and support to their learners.
