What am reading is terrifying about this centre not issuing results after the test, could you do something about it before we start writing some damaging reviews that will make people avoid your centre and that will mean closing down as I had my test today and was told the same story of, that I have to check my emails in ten minutes and as am writing after five hours of taking the test nothing has shown up. I booked the exam in this center, then here read some people’s reviews and went in a bad mood. Yesterday I found the words incorrect. There were two very nice women, especially the one who had a headscarf. The reception was excellent, and this gave me a good feeling, and I passed the test. Thank you.

The man who works is very respectful, but the woman there is very bad and makes you more nervous before the exam

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They really lack people skills and i suggest they all take a customer service course or something.they treat customers so badly. The test environment is awful. While Customers are having their tests, the staff be in the same room talking and laughing very loudly with no care that their are people sitting their tests! I failed my test twice due to lack of concentration due to the staff. I later sat my test in a Watford centre and passes with full marks....

My experience at CTP has been absolutely great! The staff are caring and interested in what you are trying to achieve and give you the best possible support, even after working hours on some occasions. I've done English and Maths there, and have been really impressed with the level of commitment and professionalism shown.
