Its too easy to quit! Through years of working with children in sport, there seemed to be a recurring pattern in behaviour any time situations became challenging. Naturally, everything is fun when things are set up easy and the challenges are less daunting. Due to constantly seeing this same pattern, CSR was born. Confidence – Self Esteem – Resilience. We call these the “Golden Attributes”. We have created an environment that is focused on the golden attributes. The environment where trying new things, taking challenges and pushing to the limits is the norm.
