Fantastic! Brilliant facility with a variety of equipment. Abbie is an absolutely fabulous trainer, so knowledgeable and friendly, really makes you feel at ease and takes the time to explain things in ways that are easy to understand. The most warm and welcoming environment, would recommend to anyone.
