This place is a Hidden Gem. The Raw kids classes are fab. My daughter really enjoyed the summer camp gymnastics sessions. The owners are really friendly an approachable. The produce at the cafe is locally sourced and delicious cheesecake an brownies 😋. Perfect treat after a work out or before, burn the calories off then haha. They gym looks well equipped, clean and its affordable I haven't joined yet but there are taster sessions on a Thurs I've been told so gonna pop in an twerk it work it!...
