Very friendly and professional club, you will feel welcome here from day 1 and make many new friends. All levels of fitness interacting with each other and encourage you to achieve your aims. As a beginner level I was guided and surely have some laughs along the way.

Nobody looks at your age, size or ability, just the fact that you ARE there putting in the effort. Kelvin is a great coach who emphasises on shape and technique. At 57 years old never thought I'd be doing crossfit, I absolutely love it.
