Such a warm welcome, great sessions and coaches, the perfect mix of strength and cardio for me. I'd been wanting to try CrossFit for a long time, my only regret is that I didn't start sooner! Sam and the team are really knowledgeable and highly competent as well as being really friendly and accepting. The members are all great too, no matter what the goals we work hard and encourage each other to be better. Give it a go, you won't regret it.
