I've been going to Crossfit Hexis for nearly a month now and it has been amazing. The owners/coaches are great, the people are really nice and the workouts are epic. Highly recommend.
I've been to many gyms over the years and this is by far the best. The coaches are excellent and help you regardless of your level. Everyone is very welcoming and supports each other . Would highly recommend.
Fantastic place to work out and train. Great people and community spirit. Paul and Ollie are great coaches and will help you out. The result is 3 stone lost so far in less than 2 years and I feel stronger than ever.
This place is fantastic, my fitness has increased and I've lost weight. The support from the coaches is amazing and most of all the gym members are very friendly and welcoming. Crossfit is for any fitness level and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
