I joined back in August 2021, and it was my first experience of Crossfit. I have had been to the gym before but this was a big step. When I joined everyone was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and patient. The coaches took time in training me, and also worked on my weaknesses to improve them. Friendly and skilled instructors. I was in town for a few days and booked two trainings via their website. Paid online and got the confirmations. Easy peasy. Trainings are throughout the week at diverse hours, some via Zoom (online class). Entrance on both sides of the venue. Parking spaces in the back. There is one small changing room with open lockers and one toilet. Better to come and go in your sports outfit and shower at home or in your hotel.
