Credo Coffee

I went in for the Introduction to Coffee course (part of the SCA diploma) and I had a great time learning about coffee for 3 hours with Phil. The subject is vast and complex but he was able to break it down to simple, easy chunks which makes it a breeze to understand. Phillip really knows his stuff, his knowledge and passion for coffee is infectious. Hi is a good teacher who can cram a lot of information into a short period of time in an understandable and memorable way. I would highly recommend him and his courses.

Had great fun with Phil on the intermediate barista course. He has an awesome and extensive knowledge of coffee and is great at making you feel relaxed, especially during the practical exams. Showed great patience with me when I was having trouble getting the latte heart! Highly recommended.

I genuinely enjoyed the entire training experience with Phil. He was personable, engaging, and passionate about good coffee. The best part was how much fun our large group had! Phil balanced the needs of the class wonderfully and with ease.

I can honestly say that before I met Phil and attended one of his stellar coffee training sessions I was no fan of the overwhelming addictive substance. I am, however, now the most loyal convert. Thanks for the detail and excellence you put into your work Phil. Your passion is contagious.
