“We started out as a Saturday school in Hackney. We have since expanded, and provide an afterschool club service. Furthermore, we are working with adults and older adults to encourage creative movement and physical activity. We are focused on working within the community. Our holistic approach to wellbeing and involvement with social prescribing, aims to assist people in providing themselves with positive health and wellbeing outcomes.”
