Create Harmony

I completed the Zen Compassion course last week and enjoyed every minute of both the classes and the daily practice at home. I realise I have embarked on a practice for life which fills me with positivity and a chance to heal my perceived problems, whilst making me a better person. Anne’s teaching style is patient, nurturing, kind and she answers every question with knowledge and clarity. I look forward to learning more under her tutorship.
