Very angry and disappointed. Made a group booking for my daughter's birthday two months in advance. A week before Pauline didn't reply to emails, voice-mail, texts etc to confirm. Even put a note through her door. Parents and kids turned up, Pauline didn't. One of her students was there and we both saw my booking in her diary. It ruined my daughter's birthday.
