I am amaze , we have book 1 hour lesson with them , after confirm everything , guess............ no body show up on the day , not any call in advance or even apology. that is how behave this company this it was a anniversary surprise , and look the surprise we have. driving 60 milles and not body appear . so sad
called the office to cancel a voucher and got told this was not possible as it states no refund on the website. Have checked the site and no info on this. Asked where on the site this info was "im not going to tell you" Consumer rights, i can get a full refund within 14 days, which I am. Please refund my money!
