  • I've worked with Craig for the last two years, and can't recommend him highly enough! His knowledge, manner, patience and humour have made the experience absolutely brilliant. The length of time clients stay working with Craig is a testament to the environment he cultivates in every session. Each programme is catered specifically to the individual's need and ability, which is designed to keep progress steady and challenging, but always manageable.

  • Having worked with Craig for a while now to help get me through a personal injury at first. I can honestly say that I have regained my strength and focus, through his dedicated coaching / workouts that are tailored specifically to your own needs. Craig has also introduced me to different exercises that I wouldn’t generally do, but through his professional manner and constant communication I gave these a go and benefited greatly from them.

  • I have worked with Craig for several years now. He is utterly professional, totally friendly, brilliantly organised and a fantastic encouragement in the process for those of us trying to learn to live, eat well and get fit. My PE lessons at school consisted of hiding from the PE teachers behind the bike sheds - Craig has repaired so much damage and I am learning to get in contact with "my body" again - strongly recommend him for all levels of work and fitness.
