I personally think you should address the outstanding issues I believe there is a specific issue with steam punk dies as posted by marco I think this is outrageous you are still not communicating truthfully to the people who keep your business going

Always quality, definitely inspirational, but so friendly it seems like family.

Due to the lack of respect for your customers who have purchased Sheena Douglass’s stamps,dies, stencils etc. You forget we are the people who put you where you are, but your lack of response to us is disgusting! Why have you not put a statement out telling us what is going on? I will never recommend your company to anyone and will never purchase another item from you. All you do is money grab. Sharon
