Through a combination of years of experience and listening to our student’s feedback, we've extended our course to include more highlights and opportunities for our 10-13-year-old students to get to know their fashion family. In addition, there's a larger focus on experimental design and pattern cutting whilst building their fabric knowledge. This programme is non-residential. This course is inclusive of male and gender-neutral designs. You'll be covering the technical and design processes of creating your own capsule wardrobe for the summer. You'll be able to make garments such as skirts, blazers, bomber jackets, mini skirts, dresses, loungewear, swimwear, and accessories, the possibilities are endless. This programme is perfect for a teenager who is curious about learning how to sew, design and make their own clothes, use and alter patterns and would like to know information on what it takes to be a designer. There will be a constant gaze on sustainability and how you can make your process as sustainable and zero-waste as possible. This course is inclusive of male and gender-neutral designs. Are you ready to design for the metaverse? We will introduce you to working digitally and take you through the process of developing a fashion project through the use of technology. It will cover idea development, research, digital sketchbook creation, experimental draping (in CLO 3D), digital print design, garment design (CLO 3D), and final outcome presentation. Why not book an optional afternoon tea at The Ivy to make this an even more memorable experience? Through a combination of years of experience and listening to our student’s feedback, we've extended our course to include more highlights and opportunities for our 12-18-year-old students to get to know their fashion family.
