Rachel New is a mindfulness and well-being coach and educator. She works with people to enhance their quality of life, addressing challenges such as anxiety, stress, chronic fatigue, resilience, social anxiety, managing your emotions, self-worth, self-esteem, and self-compassion.  Together you will explore your life goals, purpose, values, beliefs, personality, and patterns of behaviour or thoughts that are holding you back. Coaching can change how you see your life, support you to make changes to reflect your values and purpose, help you understand blockages and unconscious processes, empower you and give you hope for the future. Rachel uses a variety of methods using somatic psychology, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, therapeutic coaching, CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, and trauma-informed coaching. Breaking barriers, building bridges Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership (WRAP) is an innovative co-operative social enterprise and a not for profit community interest company. We bring together staff and agencies with decades of diverse restorative professional experience, offering sector leading and bespoke training, consultation, and expert practice throughout Wales and the UK. We support the building, maintaining and repairing of relationships across five core service areas: criminal justice, education, families, communities, and business. WRAP aims to empower service users and partner agencies to create their own restorative solutions to problems and harm. We deliver a wide range of sector specific restorative approaches, always in partnership. We believe that restorative approaches can transform challenges into lifelong learning, preventing and resolving conflict effectively. WRAP is committed to social justice as well as criminal justice; building social capital restoratively and sustainably; and developing positive communities with healthy relationships. From report 'Best Practices to Breakthrough Impacts', Harvard 2016 KCA (previously known as Kate Cairns Associates) was established in 2011 to bring together the work of Kate Cairns and a group of experienced practitioners and trainers across the UK. We are now registered as Knowledge Change Action Ltd, and as of October 2021 we have become an Employee Owned Trust. As an employee-owned organisation KCA aspires to be a beacon to those who want to lead sustainable organisations, rooted in their local communities, where employees are active decision makers shaping their future together. Our small, experienced team, managed from our Head Office in Gloucestershire, has an excellent track record in running effective training programmes, rooted in the science-based theory of attachment, trauma and resilience, that are responsive to the changing needs and priorities of our Commissioners. Shamsa Johnston. My yoga journey started in my early years. I had a little yoga pocketbook and I played about with some of the postures. I attended my first very generic class at a local gym in my mid 20’s. While the experience wasn’t anything spectacular, there was something that called me to return, so I answered that call – again and again. When living overseas in South Africa, I began attending a weekly class and became aware that although my life was comfortable and looked picture perfect from the outside, under the surface was anger, frustration, fear and worry, along with a realisation that there were places and relationships that were very out of alignment.
