Finding your Inner Light online course is ideal for someone who is starting out on the spiritual path, wanting to find their inner light (higher intuition) and begin to connect to the true self. This course is meditation based, gentle and yet powerful. You will learn to invite your supporting spiritual guide and become the new amazing you!

This course enables you to use Reiki for self-healing and on friends and family. The fee for Reiki Level 1 is £129. Reiki Level 1 is a one half day course with bonus knowledge of the first Reiki Symbol. Theory is online, practical and attunement done in person

Unlocking Intuition with Creativity Enhance your creativity and connection to your intuition. This session is an antidote to the noise, notifications and pressures of the modern world, which drains our ability to think creatively and intuitively. Using a unique infusion of ideas generation techniques, mindfulness and vocal exercises, we’ll identify the enemies of your intuition and ways to defeat them to free your mind to think more creatively. Lasting two hours, this is an intimate session for a maximum of eight people, all stationery and materials will be provided but do bring a journal or notebook if you wish. We’ll be on yoga mats and cushions, do wear something comfortable and bring a refillable bottle.
