Creating Circles of Friends

<p fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px; color: var(--text); box-sizing: border-box;">You may be progressing your Reiki journey from Reiki Practitioner Level II (Okuden), or you may find yourself, as a current Reiki Master Practitioner, drawn to the wonderful and pure frequency of Reiki that is possible with Holy Fire III.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 16px; color: var(--text); box-sizing: border-box;">Holy Fire III consists of four ignitions, each one progressively strengthening and increasing one&#39;s quality of consciousness, whilst also providing a deep and extraordinary healing experience for the student.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 16px; color: var(--text); box-sizing: border-box;">During the ceremony for existing Holy Fire Reiki III Practitioners (at level I and Level II), the Reiki energy consists of three spiritual flames; one below the navel, one above the head and one in the heart. During your master ignitions, a shaft of light joins the three flames together and the energy spreads throughout the entire body, this process can last hours, months or longer and is unique to each student. &nbsp;</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 16px; color: var(--text); box-sizing: border-box;">If you have not previously been attuned to Holy Fire Reiki, during the ceremony the energy simply spreads as tiny flames throughout the entire body. Who is Fionn:

Fionn is a Shamanic Priestess with over 15 years of experience in energy work and more recently her training includes breathwork and tension/trauma release exercises (TRE). Fionn is a certified Cacao Practitioner, Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Teacher who has a deep passion for Cacao, Goddess Archetypes, and all things wild and free! Inspired by the power of the elements, the seasons, the moon and the sun, Fionn’s intention is to support deep personal transformation so we can reclaim our most aligned selves by slowing down and reconnecting to the natural world around us.

Belinda tries to live her life in tune with Mother Earth. She believes that as a human we are just part of the creatures that occupy this space. What is Cacao?
Cacao is a heart-opening non-psychoactive plant medicine and is one of the many tools available that can help us tune into who we really are. She supports us in softening our hearts so we can move from fear to love and connect with our inner wisdom. Drinking Cacao in its purest form allows a deeper connection to ourselves, our intuition and inner guidance, which leaves you loved up (with yourself), empowered, and in your heart.
We will be working with delicious Peruvian ceremonial grade Criolla Cacao, directly sourced from ancient Cacao gardens in the Rio Ene Region of Peru.

Shamanic Drumming:
The rhythmical beating of a drum is one of the oldest practices of humankind and a powerful approach that promotes health and well-being. When the body attunes to the supportive resonance of the drum, you begin to switch off and drift into deeper relaxation, assisting the body in releasing any deep-seated stress and tension and bringing the body back to its optimum vibration.
Drumming has so many powerful benefits, including reducing anxiety, quietening our minds, helping us to relax and deepen our breath, helping to release old energy that has become blocked in our body and energy system, and overall, it can boost our immune system.

Over the past 12 years Colin Newton and Derek Wilson have been encouraging the use of &lsquo;circle of friends&rsquo; in a wide variety of primary and secondary schools, often with very successful outcomes. Some of these are described in their books &lsquo;Circles of Friends&rsquo;, (Folens, 1999) and &lsquo;Creating Circles of Friends&rsquo; (Inclusive Solutions, 2005).</p>

In the supervisor circle, <u fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">everyone</u> is welcome. Language or behaviour that is not inclusive of <u fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">all</u> layers of intersectionality is not welcome.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">2. All meetings will be held on zoom, each meeting will last 1 hour.&nbsp;</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">3. This is a collaborative learning space, so you are encouraged to have your camera on, mics will be muted at the start, and you&#39;ll be invited to unmute to contribute, if you are not speaking, please mute your mic.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">4. That chatroom will be open to share your thoughts.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">5. We&#39;ll be discussing general topics.
