We invite you to join us, leave any day-to-day worries behind, and immerse yourself in being creative.</p>

Exposure to irritant chemicals that would not affect most people may provoke an asthma attack in a person who already has asthma. For example, low levels of the gas sulphur dioxide can be produced by some ILFORD PHOTO processes. Most individuals would be unaffected but asthmatics may suffer adverse affects.<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">ILFORD PHOTO products include no known human carcinogens, and no substances to which phrase R46 (May cause heritable genetic damage) or R64 (May cause harm to breastfed babies) applies.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Most ILFORD PHOTO developers use hydroquinone, and their classification therefore includes  R40 (Limited evidence of a carcinogenic effect) and R68 (Possible risk of irreversible effects).</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Some ILFORD PHOTO chemicals use boric acid or borates. I was guided by the great Goddess Isis to run the first of these events back in May of 2023 and they have been taking place ever since, on the last Wednesday of the month.

Her Biz is designed specifically to encourage more women to start a business, why not, turn your idea/hobby into a reality with the chance to WIN £500!

The programme consists of 4 x 2.5 hour sessions, each from 10 am to 12:30 pm.

To increase female entrepreneurship locally, we are offering women living in East Sussex and Kent a fantastic opportunity to come together to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to launch a successful business.
This inspiring programme has been specifically created to help encourage women to set up a new business. From refining your business idea to marketing and managing your finances, we can help you to prepare to successfully start your business.
That's why we also include an optional competition to give you the chance to win £500 towards your start-up costs. Following the course, you will have 6 weeks to submit your completed business plan to enter, and it's open to all those selected to participate on the course.
So far, we have held over 30 successful rounds of the Her Biz programme across East Sussex and Kent over the past 5 years, each one over-subscribed, so we urge you to apply now to avoid disappointment!

<p>The program will cover areas of key relevance to women leaders and those who aspire to leadership positions. As women make their way toward top positions and centre-stage roles in both public and private sector organisations, companies are under increasing pressure to bolster their boards with independent 'heavyweights' and these are increasingly women.</p>
