SPMU Lip Blush Training Course The PMU lips treatment is a process of micro-pigmentation, AKA cosmetic tattooing, which means that an electric needle device is used for inserting pigment into the skin of your lips. Full Lip Micropigmentation simulates the look of lipstick on the lips without the downsides of constantly applying it and leaving smudges everywhere. The procedure can also correct the shape of the lips, making them look more symmetrical and balanced.
