Water serves to conduct sound waves. During a sound journey these sound waves and vibrations create ripples that gently reverberate over and over. These circulate around and through-out the entire body to calm, relax and soothe. As a result of this it is common for the heart rate to slow down, the blood pressure to drop, and the breath to become calm, peaceful, and return to its natural rhythm. Water serves to conduct sound waves. During a sound journey these sound waves and vibrations create ripples that gently reverberate over and over. These circulate around and through-out the entire body to calm, relax and soothe. As a result of this it is common for the heart rate to slow down, the blood pressure to drop, and the breath to become calm, peaceful, and return to its natural rhythm. When combined, these can directly and positively affect mood, brain waves, the nervous system, and body chemistry, with fantastic and profound results.</p><p style="color: rgb(111, 114, 135); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgb(111, 114, 135);">The sounds and vibrations that are created in these sessions stimulate the body to recreate its own harmonic frequency and help produce the alpha waves that are present within our brains whilst in a state of deep relaxation. Water serves to conduct sound waves. During a sound journey these sound waves and vibrations create ripples that gently reverberate over and over. These circulate around and through-out the entire body to calm, relax and soothe. As a result of this it is common for the heart rate to slow down, the blood pressure to drop, and the breath to become calm, peaceful, and return to its natural rhythm. Once the session ends, it is common for attendees to feel very relaxed and then enjoy a lovely deep sleep that night, followed by a feeling of refreshment once you awaken the next day.</p><p style="color: rgb(111, 114, 135); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgb(111, 114, 135);">During these sessions I use several very special gongs. Rachel Neely began her publishing career in 2016 at HarperCollins, before moving to Hachette where she worked as an editor for the next six years, specialising in crime and thrillers along with book club novels and contemporary fiction, most recently as a Commissioning Editor at Orion. 
Rachel joined Mushens Entertainment at the start of 2022 as an Associate Agent, assisting Juliet Mushens with her client list, including multiple Sunday Times and New York Times bestselling authors. Helen Lane is a Junior Agent at The Booker Albert Literary Agency. She is also an editor and a writer of Adult Fantasy and Horror. She has a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia and a postgrad qualification in Acoustics. She is passionate about books and has spent the last decade working with manuscripts. She lives in London with her family and the world’s naughtiest cocker spaniel.

Helen represents Adult Fantasy, Sci Fi, Horror, Paranormal Romance, LGBTQ+ Romance, Action & Adventure & Thrillers. She also represents YA Fantasy.
