We reflect on our practises and discuss our experiences of home practice. We learn about aspects of stress reduction and the neuroscience of mindfulness and complete a new practice each week. Walking meditations is one of the most useful and grounding ways of attending to our body. It is a simple and universal practice for developing calm, connected-ness, and embodied awareness. It can be practised on a daily basis, before or after sitting meditation or anytime on its own, such as after a busy day at work or on a lazy Sunday morning. In this course, you will learn about mindfulness meditation and become a master after taking this course. This course will teach you the definition and benefits of mindfulness meditation. <h3><strong>Certification:</strong></h3>

<li>After you have successfully passed the test, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certificate of Achievement. You can however also obtain a Course Completion Certificate following the course completion without sitting for the test. Certificates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.</li>
<li>PDF certificate's turnaround time is 24 hours and for the hardcopy certificate, it is 3-9 working days.</li>
