This 3 Day First Aid at Work course is run over three days and includes both theory and practical sessions. The course is accredited to a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) and valid for 3 Years.

Manual Handling injuries are one of the most common types of work-related accidents in the UK. This course is designed to increase employee awareness of Manual Handling risks and provide practical advice on how to keep safe at work. In this short course, learners will review recommended lifting techniques and identify ways to minimise manual handling through the use of lifting aids and team lifts. This Manual Handling Awareness course also includes a basic understanding of the anatomy of the spine, sprains and strains, to provide an appreciation of the importance of following guidance and training. This course is CPD Accredited and Assured by RoSPA Qualifications. The content is also aligned to the UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).
