Water serves to conduct sound waves. During a sound journey these sound waves and vibrations create ripples that gently reverberate over and over. These circulate around and through-out the entire body to calm, relax and soothe. As a result of this it is common for the heart rate to slow down, the blood pressure to drop, and the breath to become calm, peaceful, and return to its natural rhythm. Water serves to conduct sound waves. During a sound journey these sound waves and vibrations create ripples that gently reverberate over and over. These circulate around and through-out the entire body to calm, relax and soothe. As a result of this it is common for the heart rate to slow down, the blood pressure to drop, and the breath to become calm, peaceful, and return to its natural rhythm. Our Peripheral IV Cannulation Course and Injection Course training kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available for you to add at time of booking. Training kits mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video instructions, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

OR -

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for your one full day to complete your cannulation and injection course training.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your cannulation course and one for your injection course. Kits are included at no charge (normally £79.95 and £39.95 respectively) and are yours to keep and to continue to practice with after you have finished your courses. The equipment and supplies included in your kits are the same as those used if you choose the classroom option.

If you are new to intuitive creativity, and The Soul Shed approach to exploring, know that you need no experience to participate in these sessions apart from in being you! Bring your curiosity and imagination, and the forest clearing will contain what you need, as a map and a mirror to learn about yourself in a gentle non-intrusive way.
Supported by the trees of the forest,  we will find this space within and take our time here, meeting with achetypal characters like Red Riding Hood, Woodcutter, Wolf, Green man and woman, Rapunzel,  Prince and Sleeping Beauty, discerning which of these beings wants to share their wisdom with each of us. 
This is an opportunity to go into the world of forest story and to explore your intuitive creativity as a wisdom stream you can connect with through your embodied presence!

Introduction to Mindful Photography with Rebecca, founder of Mindful Photography UK.

In this online session, Rebecca will guide you through the art of capturing moments with intention and awareness. Frequently asked questions
What is your refund policy?
We can accept cancellations up until 48 hours before we begin. We regret, as we are a small CIC, that we cannot take cancellations via email but ask that you log into Eventbrite to cancel your ticket should it be necessary.
Do I need any special equipment?
No, you need something to take a photograph on, a valid email address and a strong internet connection so that we can communicate over zoom. You would benefit from downloading an app called www.padlet.com to your device but this is not essential. The extension project is entirely optional.
What happens after the week long project is finished?
You will be invited into a community project or if you live in North Yorkshire you might like to book a 1:1 session with me. Personalised sessions start at £49:99 per person.
Do I have to be a photographer?
Absolutely not, we assume no prior experience of photography.
Is this like therapy?
We are not therapists but the process has a gentle and calming effect upon your wellbeing. We will be engaging in simple tasks to encourage mindfulness. We do ask that you are well and happy to engage in a small group session online. We embody respect in our work and we ask that you do the same.
Will you be using my images?
We never share your images unless you specifically ask for us to. Your image and copyright remains your own.
Can I share your lesson content?
We are a community interest company called Mindful Photography UK CIC and all images, wording, content, intellectual property are trademarked and copyrighted by Mindful Photography UK 2024. We ask that you respect our livelihood and do not share our lessons and content.

We reflect on our practises and discuss our experiences of home practice. We learn about aspects of stress reduction and the neuroscience of mindfulness and complete a new practice each week. This is because it takes 8 weeks of consistent practice for the benefits of mindfulness to take place.
