Live The Life You Love

live the life you love

England

It's becoming incredibly popular now and for good reason, but what are binaural beats exactly? Made by bringing together two different sound frequencies to create what we hear to be a single tone, they work by breaking up the existing chatter within our brains and shifting us into a frequency of peace. My name is Jessica and I live in Buckinghamshire, UK. Ever since I can remember, the journey of creating a life that I love has been my primary focus and I have dedicated myself to my personal growth. However it was not until the age of 26 when I lost both my father and beloved sister to cancer within 3 months, that the world truly shook from under me and clarity descended around my vision of the world. It may sound like a cliché, but you see, none of us know when our number will be up. So, I left my high-powered job in London and all of my material wealth. I moved to the beautiful countryside to transform my life, follow my passion and live my authenticity and joy. 8 years has passed since then and I have been on a huge journey of transformation. Using the power of the Law of Attraction, I have created tremendous abundance in my life. I have built two 6-figure businesses, found my soulmate, bought my dream home and developed an inner world of joy and peace. Most importantly though, I am fulfilling my life’s path. I am inspiring and helping others to live the life that they deserve. The truth of life is not that you should suffer, or feel uninspired, or unhappy, and then one day, die. The truth of life is that you should thrive in a state of being who you were meant to be, doing what you were meant to do, feeling deeply joyful in your heart. You deserve this life and absolutely nothing less. What this looks like for you, is completely unique and special to only you. It is your right, and should be your joy, to create the life you love.

Lessons are held in ballet, tap, modern jazz, acrobatics and stage performance. All students are given the opportunity to take examinations leading to accredited qualifications and to take part in our annual show and medal tests focusing on performance skills. Lessons are structured to improve your child's social and listening skills, develop confidence, build self-esteem and assist with their physical development and mental well-being. For the younger children we have lots of dancing fun, singing, making friends and is a brilliant introduction to music and movement to help them to appreciate the joy of dance from an early age. Our focus for all age groups is on building confidence, learning new skills and having fun. We teach children from 3 years of age to adults and take great pride in seeing them excel as they progress their journey in dance.
