We have a lot of colours to choose from.<br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">You will be coating the top of a tea box.<br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">We will show you how to create a marble effect with your resin. <p>Have a go at enamelling is a 3 hour workshop, suitable for complete beginners, enamelling on copper with kiln-fired vitreous enamel.&nbsp; Participants will experiment with various decorative techniques and will complete several pieces of jewellery to take home.</p>
<p>You don't need to bring anything for the workshop: as all materials are provided.&nbsp; We recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting messy and sturdy, closed toe shoes are best (not sandals).</p>
<p>PPE (face shields, gloves and aprons) and hand sanitiser will be available&nbsp;for all of our workshops.</p>
<p>Tea and coffee facilities will be available, but you are also welcome to bring your own refreshments.</p>

Learn which are most easily harvested, used and cooked. Plus talk about the health benefits of seaweeds. Is not guaranteed to see everything from there but most seaweeds will be visible. This stone will be have a flat base with a rounded top. This will be cut from rough stone which you can each select from Sarahs beautiful collection. You can decide the shape and size and which part of the stone you wish to use.</li></ul><p style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);">The class size is limited to just 1 student.</p><p style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);">So you do not breathe in harmful rock dust during the process, you will be cutting the stone while it is in water. This stone will have a flat base with a rounded top. This will be cut from rough stone which you can select from Sarah&rsquo;s beautiful collection. You can decide the shape and size and which part of the stone you wish to use.</li></ul><p style="color: rgb(119, 119, 119); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgb(119, 119, 119);">You will be cutting the stone while it is in water so you do not inhale harmful dusts. With this in mind, please wear older clothes, and waterproof shoes &ndash; wellies are advised as it is not a clean or dry activity. Water sprays from the rotating wheels as you are working. It allows you to step into the world of Lapidary where you can cut and create any shaped stone you desire, you won&rsquo;t be beholden to the shop bought stone. <p>The 2-day stained glass course is designed for total beginners to design &amp; create a stained glass panel (40cm x 40cm). I ensure the course is fun, while also giving you the chance to learn a new skill. During the first day, you'll create a design, then cut &amp; paint the glass. We usually provide designs / patterns, but you can also bring your own. We can discuss this prior to the course. On the second day, you'll learn how to do the leadwork, soldering, cementing, and then brushing &amp; polishing the glass. Finally, you'll fit the chain &amp; you can take your stained glass panel away with you.</p>
<p>I keep the stained glass classes small, to make sure it's easy to give everyone as much input as is required. There is a 2m gap between all work-stations, to help maintain social distancing. We also provide visors (or you can wear your own mask), and there is lots &amp; lots of hand sanitiser. All equipment &amp; materials are disinfected before the start of each day.</p>
<p>You don't need to bring any materials, as everything required to design &amp; create the stained glass panel is provided. The only thing you need to wear are closed shoes (e.g. no sandals), and to bring some lunch. We can also arrange lunch at a small cost, if required.</p>
<p>Timings: 10am - 4pm.</p>
