Through our monthly Psychedelic Integration Circles, we provide a safe non-judemental space for you to find support and guidance as you make sense of your experience. Psychedelics can catalyse life-changing breakthroughs but long-lasting change can only be accomplished by embodying and actualising these insights. Through active listening and group sharing, we will support you through the integration process. Please note that this session is specifically for those integrating psychedelic experiences. Based in Brighton, Hester holds integration circles and singing circles, recognising the transformative potential of communal vocal expression in releasing pain and integrating healing. The practice of Shamanic Healing invites us to reunite with our sacred path, and remember the journey of our Soul. Through the practice we have the chance to expand our connection with the Earth and the Cosmo, and experience oneness with all of life. The Level 1 is a nine months programme scheduled across one year. It is offered online via Zoom, over weekends, 10am - 4.30pm.

The workshop offers a gentle introduction to the practice of Shamanic Journeys. It is open to everyone interested to learn how to journey and explore the path of direct revelation. During the day, we will explore different ways to cultivate our innate capacity to journey and access direct guidance for our lives. Also, we will learn how to create a sacred space and how to connect with our guides and power animals.

The ceremony invites us to let go of all the distorted perceptions of the Feminine and reclaim her true nurturing qualities. The Spirits of Cacao and Rose will assist and support our journey with their alchemical transformative energy. The event combines Shamanic Journeys, Cacao and Rose Ceremony (following the energy of the Mayan calendar) and Sacred Sounds.

They are often compassionate, intuitive, and creative, but may also struggle with overwhelm, fatigue, and stress, as they absorb the negativity and pain of others. In this course, you will learn where these different energy attacks may come from. You will gain higher intuition and awareness and get a chance to resolve any energy depletion to feel your true self again.

Believe in your Power course provides you with exercises and tools to help you to believe in the inner power you already hold. You know it's there but you find it hard to trust your intuition and unequivocally believe in yourself. Throughout this course you will listen to shamanic meditation journeys, perform a ritual and dance like nobody's watching!

Finding your Inner Light online course is ideal for someone who is starting out on the spiritual path, wanting to find their inner light (higher intuition) and begin to connect to the true self. This course is meditation based, gentle and yet powerful. You will learn to invite your supporting spiritual guide and become the new amazing you!
