I've been practicing yoga for 28 years, teaching adults for 8, and children and
families for 6. I work in education settings (pre-school to 6th form) and
studios in the North West, including St Helens, Liverpool City Region, Greater
Manchester and Cheshire. When I'm not teaching I'm studying Psychology with the
Open University 🙏
