This half day course is designed to help participants who need to write or revise policies and procedures for their organisations. It will help them to develop effective structures for the writing and design and ensure that they meet key legal and good practice requirements on some of the most important policies such as health and safety, equal opportunities and financial procedures. It will also look at the process of consultation and implementation so that the policies obtain “buy-in” and commitment from staff and volunteers.

This course is for anyone wishing to understand their strengths and development areas and those who are seeking assistance to progress their careers and convey their abilities confidently.

Unlocking Intuition with Creativity Enhance your creativity and connection to your intuition. This session is an antidote to the noise, notifications and pressures of the modern world, which drains our ability to think creatively and intuitively. Using a unique infusion of ideas generation techniques, mindfulness and vocal exercises, we’ll identify the enemies of your intuition and ways to defeat them to free your mind to think more creatively. Lasting two hours, this is an intimate session for a maximum of eight people, all stationery and materials will be provided but do bring a journal or notebook if you wish. We’ll be on yoga mats and cushions, do wear something comfortable and bring a refillable bottle. Today, he is an active member of the Numinity community, create a unique creativity coaching techniques that draw inspiration from both modern psychology and ancient spiritual practices.
