The S.C.I.E.N.C.E.S Extended Program is a 6-month powerful personal development training tool incl. 12 individual coaching sessions, based around Neuroplastic Mental Acceleration (NMA): encompassing the eight steps to ascension, spread over 60 x 30 minute training sessions: Accept, Aware, Assess, Adapt, Aspire, Accelerate, Actualise, Ascend. Properly employed and supported, TRiM Practitioners can make a significant contribution to staff welfare by offering structured peer support and TRiM assessments to colleagues. TRiM practitioners are trained to identify the risk factors for the development of post traumatic stress and to know when to signpost colleagues to professional support.
