step is to conduct a collaborative, culturally-sensitive assessment of your
organisation’s operational needs. This usually entails a comprehensive training
needs assessment that offers a task analysis, a training gap analysis, a
training options analysis and a recommendation. The consultancy phase provides a
detailed understanding of your needs, and drives a clearly articulated, and
mutually agreed, statement of training requirement. Our focus is to identify
benefits in time, cost and quality terms. Design The ‘design’ phase is driven by
the statement of training requirement. We factor in issues such as training
dates, training locations, learning styles, methods of delivery, accreditation
and budget.
