<p>A 20 min burst of energy and movement to get your weekend started. I&rsquo;ll be pulling out different things from my movement bag of tricks to so if you&rsquo;ve been sitting down all week and want to wake up and shake up your body then come join the fun.</p>
<p>Suitable for all levels with a focus on moving your body in any way that feels good.</p>
<p>Classes are done via Facebook Live in a closed group so you can join live or replay (as many times as you like) at a time that suits you.</p>

<p>The Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (L5 DET), formerly known as Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS), is an industry-standard qualification for those teaching in the post-16 sector. It is based on structures recognised by the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS), a government-approved body for the further education and skills sector. Most training centres would expect that you have this qualification when teaching in the FE and HE sectors or working towards it. This qualification also allows you to apply for Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status enabling you to become a teacher in state schools in the UK (teaching ages 14+). The awarding body of this course is Focus Awards which UK Ofqual fully accredits. This level 5 teaching qualification is delivered 100% online as a distance learning programme. The assessment takes the form of written assignments, detailed guidance for which will be provided by the tutor once you&rsquo;re enrolled on our online portal. Practical requirements of this course include 100 hours of logged practise in teachers&rsquo; training and at least eight observations (each of one hour), which can be satisfied either through recording your teaching sessions or having your assessor observe you (which will be done virtually via video call).</p>

<p>You will be assessed via a portfolio of evidence you submit containing five written assignments, teaching observation forms and a teaching log of 100 hours, which demonstrates the achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria associated with each unit. You would attempt most of the tasks through essay style written accounts and reflections of your teaching practices. In addition, some of the tasks would require submitting relevant work such as study resources that you prepared for your learners, lesson plans, scheme of work, ILPs, etc. Lastly, of course, eight of your teaching sessions, an hour-long each, will be observed by your assessor.</p>
