<p>Decarbonization of the Upstream Oil &amp; Gas sector has previously been based on inter-fuel competition. Market actions were seen as the most effective method for reducing the level of emissions.  However, the pace of decarbonization is now being led by government policy acting in concert with a coalition of stakeholders such as investors and consumers. The primary focus of this pathway is on the management of carbon emissions to both mitigate and adapt to climate change.</p>
<p>Some energy analysts have forecast that global production of oil and natural gas will have to decline annually by 4 to 6 percent in order to meet the global target of Net Zero Emissions by 2050. Oil and gas producers face a difficult challenge in deciding upon the strategy and measures that will best achieve targets set for them while maintaining supply, attracting investments and accessing markets.</p>
<p>This 2-day training course will provide participants with an understanding of the strategies and measures for decarbonizing the Upstream Oil and Gas sector within the framework of measures implemented by individual governments through their respective commitments to reduce emissions to achieve their National Determined Contribution under the Paris Agreement.</p>

When to cannulate, infusion types and benefits over

5 - Complications:
Complications of pVAD insertion including examples of
infiltration, haematoma, extravasation and transfixation.
6 - VIP Score:
Understanding and using the Visual Infusion Phlebitis score.
7 - Equipment - overview:
We take a look at all essential equipment required for PIVC.
8 - PRACTICAL SESSIONS:
Multiple practical sessions throughout the session.
9 - Fluids:
The importance of understanding fluids. Includes detailed overview of: maintenance fluids, Hartmann’s solution, Colloids (and risks), blood products.
10 - Infusion Rates:

If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available for you to add at time of booking. Training kits mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video instructions, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your cannulation course and one for your injection course. Questions as to the mental capacity of an individual to consent to sex are an increasingly important aspect of legal scholarship and professional practice for those working in care. The Supreme Court judgment in Re JB added new layers of complexity, requiring that a person must be able to understand that the other person needs to consent and can withdraw that consent. While this has been welcomed for asserting the importance of the interpersonal dynamics of sex, it has significant implications for practice and for the day-to-day lives of people with cognitive impairments. We will give an overview of what prompted the collection, and reflect on the themes that emerge through the chapters. We will also reflect on how law has developed since the decision in Re JB and some of the remaining problems this poses. &nbsp;</p>

About this event
This course will be delivered using a mixture of pre-recorded modules, live Zoom calls and online collaborative tools.
A practical approach to Data Governance
One of the biggest challenges with Data Governance is knowing where to even start.
There’s lots of advice available online and in books, but how do you take this huge quantity of sometimes conflicting theory and turn it into something practical? You might have tried sharing some of this theory with your senior stakeholders but you are struggling to articulate what it means to them.

This training consists of two days and you are welcome to join either, or both days. The first day is my Getting Started in Data Governance course, which simplifies the concepts you need to understand to design and implement a Data Governance Framework. The second day is a Data Governance Clinic. This is a workshop format where attendees get the opportunity to share the challenges they are experiencing with their Data Governance initiatives, get pragmatic solutions, share knowledge, insight and network with others in a similar situation.
